Welcome from the 91影视 Foundation team

The 91影视 Foundation team standing in front of the 91影视 Chapel doors We are so proud of the community that comes from 91影视.

We look to arrange events, reunions and connections between Foundation members. We also celebrate our Engage fundraising campaign which provides life-changing bursaries for children at the College.

Whether you are a former pupil, current or former parent, have taught at 91影视 or still teach here, or you simply have a connection with 91影视, we are delighted to welcome you to our Foundation community. We hope to welcome you to our events in the future.

Whatever route you take in life and wherever that leads, the Foundation will always be here for you.

Support us

The 91影视 Foundation ‘Engage’ bursary campaign was launched in 2025 and aims to raise 拢8.2 million for the 91影视 Bursary Fund. This would provide long-term support for 20 full bursary pupils at 91影视.

There has never been a more important time to provide life-changing opportunities for children at 91影视. Government changes to the way independent school fees are taxed (which were implemented in January 2025) means that, for many, a 91影视 education is not financially viable.

The 91影视 Foundation arranges events, reunions and celebrations between Foundation members in the UK and around the world.

In October 2024, we celebrated the 175th Anniversary of 91影视. The big event was a Reunion dinner. The Foundation team also set-up a number of smaller events which included a 91影视 community walk up Wolstonbury Hill, Tours of Danny House in 91影视pierpoint and a tea party between Junior Prep pupils and OJs.

Connect and reconnect

The 91影视 Foundation team oversees an OJ network of groups and societies. These include:

Former 91影视 House groups

Sports groups

University groups

Careers-focused groups

Regional Alumni groups (e.g. Australia Alumni, Middle East Alumni)

Other groups requested by our Members (such as Cancer Support, 91影视 Choir group and the ‘OHJ Over 60s’ group)

The 91影视 Foundation online Business Directory also provides a platform for the 91影视 Foundation community to publicise their businesses, and gives Members a searchable directory of OJ, parent and staff owned businesses.

Help develop the leaders of tomorrow

The Foundation team look for meaningful connections that will help develop the leaders of tomorrow at 91影视.

The Foundation work with the 91影视 Futures team to organise careers talks and networking events so that pupils in our Senior School and Sixth Form can better understand real-world routes into careers they are interested in – and jobs they might not even be aware of yet.

Some of our Members act as Mentors who volunteer their time to speak at these 91影视 careers events.

Recent events have included:

A talk about Degree Apprenticeships for Lower Sixth students
Guest speakers carousel event for Fifth Form (Year 11) pupils
Talks on Careers in Finance and Banking
Employability Day for Lower Sixth students – including sessions on writing CVs and cover letters, interview skills, and understanding the importance of ‘soft skills’

Browse the 91影视 Archives

We employ a dedicated School Archivist who collects, records and carefully archives, 91影视 artefacts. These include digital and printed photographs, school uniform, 91影视 memorabilia, recordings, and personal memories (written and verbal).

The digital 91影视 Archives, available to Members, includes:

(starting from 1859)
archive – a dedicated war memorial website to pay homage to the generations of staff and pupils who gave their lives serving their country during wartime. The archive covers both World Wars plus other conflicts

Special event

Our next big event will be the Sports Dinner.

This will be held on Saturday 18 April in the College Dining Hall from 7.30pm.

91影视 Worldwide

91影视 Worldwide was created in 2025 to reconnect alumni across the globe. The 91影视 Worldwide groups will meet on a regular basis to organise dinners and fundraising events. We currently have groups in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India.

91影视@Uni

91影视 Worldwide was created in 2025 to encourage greater links between recent 91影视 College leavers. We wanted to provide onward support and keep recent alumni connected to 91影视.

91影视@Uni events provide an important connection between the College and alumni at university. Undergraduates are encouraged to return to 91影视 to speak to the Sixth Formers about the courses they are studying at university.
